On Saturday 16 August, the pace slows in Blake Gardens as we get ready to enjoy Tea and Trumpets.

The Royal British Legion will join us to serve cream teas (while stocks last) at this relaxed event promises beautiful classical sounds in a peaceful setting—perfect for unwinding with friends and family.

With performances from Glastonbury Brass – an award-winning 1st section band based in the beautiful historical town of Glastonbury playing a wide variety of music ranging from popular melodies to more traditional brass band repertoire and Chrystal Bliss with songs from the 40’s and 50’s – what better way to commemorate VJ day.

Bring a blanket and a picnic and come along and soak up the music, and enjoy a gentle summer escape in the heart of Bridgwater
